We collaboratively define objectives and a plan for achieving them, develop and implement tailored in-house trainings and on-the-job mentoring programs, establish key indicators to measure performance, and incorporate collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) methodologies for continuous improvement.
Our staff includes organizational development and training specialists as well as experts across a broad range of technical areas including organizational governance and management, project design, civil society advocacy and outreach, strategic communications, monitoring and evaluation, and agribusiness and enterprise growth. Dexis has helped strengthen the institutional capacity of U.S. government agencies, host country governments, and a range of civil society providers across 80 countries.
