Dexis provides technical and managerial assistance to strengthen government and civil society to support effective service delivery and drive meaningful change at local, national, and international levels. We embrace intentional learning to deliver customized organizational development initiatives that build effective and sustainable organizations. Dexis works with our partners to assess their needs and establish effective systems, practices, and processes to address their challenges. We collaboratively define objectives and a plan for achieving them, develop and implement tailored in-house trainings and on-the-job mentoring programs, establish key indicators to measure performance, and incorporate collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) methodologies for continuous improvement.

Our staff includes organizational development and training specialists as well as experts across a broad range of technical areas including organizational governance and management, project design, civil society advocacy and outreach, strategic communications, monitoring and evaluation, and agribusiness and enterprise growth. Dexis has helped strengthen the institutional capacity of U.S. government agencies, host country governments, and a range of civil society providers across 80 countries.
