Our in-house staff have subject matter expertise in quantitative and qualitative assessment and research methods; learning and adaptive management; and capacity building. Dexis’ diverse portfolio provides a range of mixed-methods M&E services across a variety of sectors—from agriculture to counterterrorism. Our M&E experience ranges from discrete activities and stand-alone projects to projects at the agency strategic level.
